• Ownership of items transfers to you once the order is delivered.

Note: Ashur does not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to change an item must return it (subject to eligibility) and place a new order. 
 

8. Refunds 

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, excluding shipping fees. 

Ashur reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.
